Main Showroom
- Decoration to ceilings, walls and wood work
- Decorations to the front shop showroom main wall and woodwork
- Frame a 55″ LED TV into a plasterboard wall
- Installation of power
- Install LED lighting
- Deep clean the main floor remove any oil
Office Area
- Decoration to ceilings, walls and wood work
- Lift up carpet and repair timber wooden flooring
- Supply and install Drack floor tiles
- Fix ironmongery on doors
- Install power sockets
2nd Showroom
- Paint posts from black to dark grey
- Decoration to ceilings, walls and wood work
- At hi-level clad over the down stand with plasterboard, smooth finish fills and paint
- Clad over main wall with plasterboard, smooth finish fills and paint
- Supply and install access panels
- Installation of power
- Install LED lighting
- Deep clean the main floor, remove any oil
Kitchen
- Remove old kitchen and install white gloss kitchen with top cupboards, new sink, taps and a dark grey Corian worktop
- Remove old flooring and install new tiled flooring
- Decoration to ceilings, walls and woodwork
- Carry out all plumbing works
- Supply and install lighting and power
Main Restroom
- Remove toilet, sink and install new toilet and corner sink with taps
- Remove all tiles from the walls and fit white gloss tiles
- Remove floor tiles, and install grey floor tiles to the floor
- Decoration to ceilings, walls and woodwork
- Carry out all plumbing works
- Install lighting
